The accommodations at Fårup- and Højagerkollegiet offer appealing student housing options close to educational institutions. Located along Ringvejen and within Højagerkollegiet, these residences provide excellent opportunities for communal engagement and shared activities. Each unit includes built-in wardrobes. Kitchens vary between separate rooms and open-plan designs, all fitted with white cabinetry from Svane, equipped with refrigerator-freezer combinations, hoods, and stoves. Specifically, the two-room apartments feature four individual cooking plates and a countertop oven. Bathrooms have showers with brown tiled floors and walls covered in textured wallpaper. Storage sheds are available for all residents; some have private sheds, while others share facilities.

The two complexes consist of single-story terraced houses. Fårupkollegiet, constructed in red brick during 1996 and 2000, is situated in southern Jelling, whereas Højagerkollegiet, established in 1984, is found in the western part of Jelling. Both share amenities including a common room rentable at very reasonable rates, as well as laundry facilities. Outdoor communal spaces are well-maintained and often used for social gatherings such as barbecues or campfires. Additionally, residents at Højagerkollegiet can enjoy a beach volleyball court on-site. A well-developed social environment is supported, partly through the use of social media platforms. Internet connectivity is facilitated via a partnership with Jelling Radio & TV, providing modems at a modest fee.
