At Campus Tønder, there are 42 newly constructed and contemporary student apartments available for immediate occupancy. Each unit features a kitchenette along with a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, every apartment includes a storage room, and residents have access to shared parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities. The accommodations are arranged into three two-story wings, which together form a cozy and enclosed courtyard. On the northern side, this courtyard is bordered by a large communal building that serves as the focal point of the complex. This shared space houses a sizable kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a large common room.

Please note that the apartments are currently rented out with temporarily reduced deposits: for one-room units the deposit is DKK 12,000, while two-room units require a deposit of DKK 13,000. Priority for leasing these homes is given to students or young individuals with special needs. When responding to an offer for housing, it is important to provide valid documentation of student status or proof of special need; such documentation must not be older than six weeks.
