Regarding pets, one dog per household is permitted according to the community's pet regulations outlined in the house rules agreed upon at the residents' meeting.

Water and heating costs are paid through a monthly advance included in the rent, with an annual statement provided to each tenant reflecting actual usage. Any surplus or deficit is adjusted accordingly in subsequent rent payments. The location offers convenient bus routes to the center of Bramming and nearby towns, as well as easy access to local schools.
