Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment has undergone continuous refurbishment. This renovation process included the installation of new windows, improved insulation, and a redesigned entrance area in the stairwell. Additionally, a new bathroom was fitted during the updates, provided it had not been replaced prior to this work. Residents are allowed to keep one registered indoor cat.
