The property consists of 44 bright studio apartments, each featuring a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet alongside a spacious entrance hall and ample wardrobe space. Every unit includes complimentary internet and electricity, as well as a bed and an armchair. Several of the apartments are further equipped with a desk, desk lamp, wardrobe mirror, bedside lamp, and nightstand. Tenants also benefit from their own storage room. The kitchens come fully fitted with induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a ventilation hood.

Residents have access to a range of shared amenities, including a pay laundry room outfitted with modern washing machines and dryers. A large common lounge is available, comprising a communal kitchen, dining areas, a free coffee machine, comfortable seating groups, television, and a lounge zone with café tables and a foosball table. Additionally, there is a complimentary fitness center, covered bicycle parking, and the option to rent a parking space. The complex is also bordered by green outdoor areas.

The dormitory is housed in the former Danica Hotel, which underwent extensive renovation a few years ago under the ownership of the Hede Nielsen Family Foundation. The founders of the foundation are native to Horsens, and the organization's main purpose is to support cultural, scientific, social, and educational initiatives. Reflecting a commitment to sustainability and recycling, much of the usable furniture from the original hotel has been made available free of charge to residents. Consequently, each apartment is pre-furnished with a bed, small furniture pieces, and various kitchen utensils, helping young students settle in both conveniently and economically. Should tenants choose not to use this furniture, it can simply be stored in the apartment's designated storage room.
