The residential complex, consisting of 145 attractive units built between 1965 and 1976, is conveniently situated in Bramming. Residents have access to a communal function room available for rental.

These dwellings are located within Bramming, positioned 1.1 kilometers from the town center, 1.4 kilometers from the train station, and 1.2 kilometers from the nearest school. The buildings are two-story structures featuring a large shared outdoor area and playground. Most ground-floor apartments come with a terrace and private garden, while the majority of first-floor units offer balcony access.

Each residence is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and range hood. If the apartment is prepared for a dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer, tenants are permitted to connect these appliances themselves. However, should installation require more than mere hookups, written permission from the housing association is mandatory, and any associated costs are borne by the tenant. Cable TV and internet outlets are installed, allowing residents to select service providers for television channel packages, internet speeds, and pricing according to their preference, with billing handled directly between tenant and provider.

The housing complex is suited for all residents. Certain designated apartments are adapted to meet the needs of elderly or disabled individuals-interested parties should contact the housing association for details. Other units, however, are not appropriate for persons with limited mobility. At the annual meeting attended by all residents, decisions concerning the management of the complex, including rent adjustments, are made collectively.

Maintenance responsibilities include the property's caretaker, who takes care of landscaping and minor apartment repairs. Additionally, a superintendent is assigned to oversee the ongoing upkeep of the entire complex.
