Section 6 comprises terraced houses built in 1980. Within this section, residents have access to a shared laundry facility, and there is an option to rent a carport.

The town of Gram is situated approximately 22 kilometers from Ribe. Gram offers a school, after-school care, public transportation, and shopping options. At the heart of the town, the Gram Culture House provides various sports amenities, including bowling alleys and an outdoor swimming pool. The area features excellent walking opportunities, such as paths leading to Gram Castle, its picturesque park, and the Gram stream. The housing section is located on the outskirts of Gram, nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by pleasant natural scenery, yet still conveniently close to the town center.

The resident population in this area is diverse, and there is a strong sense of community among neighbors. Skipperkobbel consists of fourteen terraced buildings with well-designed, bright apartments. Each home includes a kitchen with dining space and a spacious bathroom. Residents enjoy private terraces and/or small gardens. Heating is provided through district heating.

Maintenance of the green spaces and minor repairs within the homes are managed by the property caretaker. Additionally, a supervisor is appointed to oversee the ongoing maintenance of the entire development.
