The development known as Fællesskabet consists of 113 student apartments located in Trekroner. It is designed to provide students with an optimal environment and conditions that support a fulfilling academic life. The project aims to foster a sense of community among its residents, encouraging the formation of new friendships and strong social connections. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, while shared facilities include a spacious communal area, a TV lounge, and a dining hall. Additionally, there are reservable group rooms intended for study purposes or meetings, such as gatherings for the various councils and committees within Fællesskabet. Every floor features large balconies that offer residents the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun.

Although the architectural design contributes to creating a pleasant living atmosphere, it is primarily the residents of Fællesskabet who build the positive culture within the community. The landlord is committed to investing effort and enthusiasm into organizing social events that are supported and maintained by those living in Fællesskabet. Rental eligibility criteria for these student housing units include being actively enrolled in studies, being under the age of 35, and at least 18 years old. Prospective tenants will undergo a credit check through the RKI register; applicants registered in RKI will not be offered accommodation. This verification takes place prior to the preparation of the rental agreement.
