Please note that due to an extensive renovation project scheduled for Sønderpark, the waiting list for all housing units within the association has been paused since January 1, 2021. This pause results in extended waiting periods for everyone on the list, both internal and external applicants, as residents will need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the housing organization. However, any available apartments that do not pertain to the relocation process will continue to be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark stands out with its lively atmosphere, evident in the wide range of club activities available within the residential area. The homes here consist of multi-story buildings nestled in a tranquil, park-like setting. Parking is available conveniently in designated areas where you can leave your car and then stroll down to your residence.

Only 900 meters away from Sønderpark, you'll find Ringsted's bustling town center as well as the train station. The housing division benefits from its own property caretaker and offers a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.

Within Ringsted, there are numerous community groups thriving, many of which are accessible to residents of the housing association.

Residents affiliated with Ringsted Almene Boligselskab have the opportunity to reach out to the Community Guides, who provide assistance in identifying local groups that align with individual interests and needs, and are easily accessible from home.
