In this area, each unit generally includes a small garden, with the exception of numbers 37, 51, 57, and the youth residences on the first floor. As with the other locations, one pet (dog or cat) is allowed per unit.

The Bakken neighborhood was developed in 2004, featuring homes constructed of red brick with concrete tile roofs. Between numbers 1 and 24 there are 20 terraced houses arranged as one to one-and-a-half story buildings, offering two to four-room layouts with kitchens, bathrooms, and garden access. This area also includes a residents' house. Keeping one dog or cat is permitted here as well.
