This results in longer waiting times for both internal residents and external applicants, as current tenants across all departments need to be temporarily relocated. Whenever units become available that are not linked to the relocation process, they will be leased out through the usual procedures.

As a tenant within Ringsted Almene Boligselskab, individuals have access to the Community Guides, who provide support in identifying various local community groups that align with one's interests and needs, with attention to proximity to their residence. Residents are encouraged to contact the Community Guides via text or phone call for advice and assistance in starting new activities or community groups.
