Please note that due to the extensive renovation planned for Sønderpark, the entire association's waiting list has been suspended as of January 1, 2021. This situation has led to lengthened waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all divisions within the housing association. Whenever units become available that are not involved in the relocation process, they will be rented out through the usual procedures.

This housing division is supported by its own property management team and includes a spacious, well-maintained communal laundry facility.

Living within Ringsted Almene Boligselskab, residents can always reach out to the Community Guides. These guides assist with identifying local groups that align with personal interests and needs, located close to one's home. Residents are encouraged to call or send a text message to the Community Guides if they seek advice or support in starting a new activity or community group.
