Please be aware that starting from January 1, 2021, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold due to a major renovation project planned for Sønderpark. This pause affects both internal and external applicants, as residents across all departments must be temporarily relocated. Whenever vacancies arise that are unrelated to these relocations, those units will be rented out according to the usual procedures.

The Sønderpark area is lively and dynamic, notably reflected in the wide range of club activities available right within the residential zone. The housing units themselves are arranged as apartment buildings, nestled in a calm, park-like environment. Residents can conveniently park their vehicles in designated parking areas nearby and then take a short walk to their homes.

Located only 900 meters from Sønderpark, the diverse urban life of Ringsted city and the local train station are easily accessible. The department benefits from having its own property management team and features a large, efficiently operated communal laundry facility.
