We are renting out our apartment at Fadet, 2nd floor, while we are working abroad for some years.

The apartment is rented out from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028.

As mentioned, the address is Fadet, 2nd floor, 1799 Copenhagen V. The building itself is called Rothe Hus. The apartment is from 2022 and everything therefore still appears new and nice.

The apartment is 108 m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a south-facing balcony with a direct view of the trees and the old brewers' horses in the protected J. C. Jacobsen garden. There is also a newly installed kitchen island and built-in bookcase in carpenter quality. The apartment is rented out unfurnished, but with a number of ceiling lamps, curtains and other built-in details.

There is a wine bar (Liquo), Italian restaurant (Caronte) and Coffee Collective less than 100 m away. Within 200 m you will find Dansehallerne, Hija de Sanchez, Hart Bakery and Bryggeriet Åben. Carlsberg's historic brewery can be seen from the apartment's balcony.
