Situated in the western district of the city, Ringparken offers convenient access to the city's ring roads and lies close to shopping facilities as well as the center of Skive.

The development comprises ten residential buildings, each three stories tall, originally constructed in the 1940s and subject to continuous renovations, most recently during 2006 and 2007 when kitchens and bathrooms were modernized. Alternatively, apartments have access to their own antenna system through which YouSee offers TV packages and internet services.

Exterior window cleaning for all homes is carried out six times a year, and stairwell cleaning is maintained regularly throughout the year.
