Please note that due to an extensive renovation project planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting from January 1, 2021. This pause results in extended waiting periods for both current residents seeking to move internally and new applicants on the waiting list, as tenants will be relocated across all departments within the association. Any available homes not involved in these relocations will continue to be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is characterized by a lively atmosphere, notably reflected in the diverse range of club activities available within the housing area. The residences are housed within multi-storey buildings, situated in a peaceful, park-like environment. Residents can conveniently park their vehicles in one of the designated parking areas in the neighborhood before walking to their homes.

The amenities of Ringsted city center, including the train station, are located just 900 meters away from Sønderpark. This housing section benefits from its own dedicated property manager and features a large, well-maintained communal laundry facility.
