Please note that due to an extensive renovation planned for Sønderpark, the entire association's waiting list has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents across all departments in the housing association will need to be temporarily relocated. When vacant units arise that are not involved in the relocation process, these will be rented out under the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is lively, as reflected by the numerous club activities available throughout the housing area. The apartments are situated in multi-story buildings within a calm, park-like setting. Residents can park their vehicles on one of the designated parking lots nearby and walk the short distance to their homes.

Only 900 meters separate Sønderpark from Ringsted's diverse city life and the train station, making commuting and city access convenient. The housing department employs its own property manager and offers a large, well-functioning communal laundry facility.

Those living in Ringsted Public Housing Association can always reach out to the Community Guides, who assist in identifying existing communities that suit an individual's interests and needs within close proximity to their home. Residents are encouraged to contact the guides by phone or text message whenever they seek advice or support in initiating new activities or social groups.
