Please note that due to an extensive renovation planned for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold since January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for all applicants, both internal and external, as residents are being temporarily relocated across all departments within the association. Any available units that are unrelated to the relocation process will continue to be rented out through the usual procedures.

Residents can park their vehicles in designated parking lots nearby and then walk directly to their homes.
