The Campus Tønder housing project comprises a total of 42 contemporary student apartments scheduled for occupancy starting August 1, 2025. These residences range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, accompanied by a communal building spanning 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, all units include a storage room, and residents have access to shared parking for both cars and bicycles.

The apartments are arranged across three two-story wings, designed to create a cozy inner courtyard. This courtyard opens to the north, where it is bordered by a spacious community building that serves as the central hub of the complex. Among the 42 apartments, 38 serve as standard student units, while 4 are designated accessible apartments located on the ground floor, primarily rented to applicants with special needs. The communal building houses a large kitchen, restroom facilities, a laundry room, and a sizable common area.

Rental terms feature a reduced deposit structure, with single-room apartments requiring a deposit of 12,000 DKK and two-room apartments a deposit of 13,000 DKK. Detailed information about rental conditions will be provided along with the formal offer.

Preference for tenancy is given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to a housing offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration of study, and must be no older than six weeks.
