The Campus Tønder development presents a collection of 42 contemporary student apartments completed in 2025. Each unit is equipped with a kitchenette, its own bathroom, and toilet facilities. Additionally, every residence includes a storage room. Residents have access to shared outdoor parking as well as bicycle parking. The apartments are arranged within three separate buildings, each two stories high, which together form a cozy central courtyard. On the northern edge, this courtyard is bordered by a large communal house that serves as the hub of the complex. This shared building contains a spacious kitchen, restrooms, a laundry area, and a generous common room.

It is important to note that these accommodations are offered with a temporarily reduced deposit amounting to DKK 12,000 for one-room units and DKK 13,000 for two-room units.
