Campus Tønder presents a total of 42 contemporary student apartments available for occupancy starting August 1, 2025. The individual units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal building spanning 180 square meters. Each living space is equipped with a kitchenette, along with a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, every apartment includes access to a storage room, and the development offers shared parking facilities for cars and bicycles.

The accommodation is configured in three two-story wings, arranged to form a cozy interior courtyard. This courtyard faces north and is bordered by the substantial community house, which, together with the courtyard, serves as the central focal point of the complex. Among the 42 apartments, 38 are standard student units, while 4 are designed to be accessible and located on the ground floor, primarily reserved for applicants with special needs. The common building houses a large kitchen, restrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious communal area.

It is important to note that the apartments are rented out with a reduced deposit: DKK 12,000 for one-room units and DKK 13,000 for two-room units. More specific details regarding the rental offer will be provided upon contacting the leasing office.

These residences are prioritized for students, so submitting valid proof of enrollment is required when responding to the housing offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration; this documentation must be dated within six weeks prior to submission.
