The Campus Tønder development is slated for occupancy beginning in August 2025, featuring a total of 42 contemporary studio apartments available for rental from August 1, 2025. These living spaces range between 34 and 40 square meters and are complemented by a communal building covering 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom and toilet. Tenants also have access to a dedicated storage room per unit, alongside shared parking facilities and bicycle racks.

The studios are arranged into three separate blocks, each with two floors, which together form a cozy inner courtyard. This courtyard is bordered to the north by a spacious community house, which, along with the courtyard, will serve as the central hub for the residential complex. Among the 42 apartments, 38 are standard studios while 4 are designed as accessible units located on the ground floor and intended primarily for applicants with special needs. The community house features a large kitchen area, restroom facilities, a laundry room, and a sizable shared space.

Regarding rental terms, the apartments are offered with a reduced deposit structure: one-room units require a deposit of 12,000 DKK, while two-room units require 13,000 DKK. Specific details will be provided when rental offers are issued.

Priority in renting the apartments is given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to an offer. Suitable documentation includes an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration; such documents must be dated within six weeks of application.
