The Campus Tønder housing development comprises 42 contemporary studio apartments scheduled for occupancy beginning August 1, 2025. These units range between 34 and 40 square meters in size, and the communal building spans 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and toilet facilities. This housing complex prioritizes students for tenancy, so valid documentation confirming current student status must be submitted when responding to an offer. Acceptable proof includes an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming enrollment and duration, dated within the past six weeks.
