The Campus Tønder housing units are scheduled to be ready for occupancy by August 2025.

This development offers 42 contemporary studio apartments set for rental starting August 1, 2025. The individual units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, accompanied by a common house measuring 180 square meters. Each apartment includes a kitchenette, private bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, every unit comes with a storage room. Shared amenities feature parking spaces for cars and bicycles. The studios are organized into three two-story wings, creating an enclosed and inviting courtyard area. On the northern side, the courtyard is bordered by the spacious common house, which together with the courtyard serves as the community's central gathering point.

Among the residences, 38 are standard studios while 4 are accessibility apartments situated on the ground floor, primarily designated for applicants with special needs. The common house is equipped with a large kitchen, toilets, laundry facilities, and a sizable communal room.

Regarding rental terms, deposits are reduced with the following amounts: 12,000 DKK for one-room units and 13,000 DKK for two-room units. More detailed information will be provided upon issuance of the rental offer.

These accommodations prioritize students in the application process. Valid proof of student status must be submitted in response to the rental offers. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or a confirmation email from the educational institution verifying student enrollment and its duration; such documents cannot be older than six weeks.
