The Campus Tønder development will feature 42 contemporary student apartments available for rental starting August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, while the communal building on the site spans 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette and has its own bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, every residence includes a storage room, and there are shared parking spaces for cars as well as bicycle parking available.

The student homes are arranged into three separate wings, each two stories high, creating a cozy courtyard area at the heart of the complex. The northern boundary of this courtyard is formed by the large communal building, which serves as a focal point for the residents. The housing stock consists of 38 standard student units and 4 accessible apartments, the latter all located on the ground floor and primarily rented to applicants with special needs. Inside the communal building, one finds a spacious kitchen, restroom facilities, a laundry room, and a generously sized common room.

Please note that a reduced deposit applies for the apartments: DKK 12,000 for one-room units and DKK 13,000 for two-room units. Specific details regarding this will be provided when rental offers are sent out.

Priority for these accommodations is given to students, who must provide valid proof of enrollment when responding to a housing offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an email from the educational institution confirming student status and the duration thereof. This proof must not be older than six weeks.
