Campus Tønder offers a total of 42 contemporary student apartments, with occupancy expected from August 1, 2025. These residences vary in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a shared common house measuring 180 square meters. Each apartment includes a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, every unit has access to a dedicated storage room, while the development provides communal parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities.

The housing units are arranged into three two-story wings, creating an intimate courtyard in the heart of the complex, which faces north and is bordered by the sizable communal building. This central area serves as the main social hub for residents. Among the apartments, 38 are standard studios, and 4 are specially designed accessibility units situated on the ground floor, which are primarily allocated to applicants with specific needs. The shared house comprises a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a large communal room.

Please note that the apartments are offered with a reduced deposit: 12,000 DKK for one-room apartments, and 13,000 DKK for two-room units. Detailed information will be provided along with the tenancy offer.

Priority for renting is given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to the housing offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming the student status and duration of study; this documentation must not be older than six weeks. Applicants under 18 years old are required to attach a signed guarantor declaration, which can be found under the "See more documents" section on this page.
