The development known as Campus Tønder is set to offer 42 contemporary student apartments available for rent starting from August 1, 2025. These units range in size between 34 and 40 square meters, complemented by a community house spanning 180 square meters. Each apartment comes equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom including a toilet, and an individual storage room. Residents will also benefit from a shared parking area as well as bicycle parking facilities.

The student housing is arranged into three separate buildings, each two stories high, creating a cozy and sheltered courtyard at the heart of the complex. This courtyard is bordered on the northern side by the large community house, which serves as the communal hub of the development. Out of the total apartments, 38 are standard student units, while 4 are designed to be accessible and located on the ground floor, primarily intended for applicants with special requirements. The community building itself contains a spacious kitchen, restrooms, a laundry room, and a large common area for residents to gather.

Please note that the apartments are rented out with reduced deposits: DKK 12,000 for single-room units and DKK 13,000 for two-room units. Detailed information will be provided when offers are sent out.

These residences are prioritized for students, and proof of current enrollment must be submitted when responding to an offer. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an email from the educational institution confirming your student status and the duration of study, and must not be older than six weeks.
