The campus at Tønder will feature 42 contemporary student apartments, available for occupancy starting on August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal building covering 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom, and toilet facilities. Additionally, every residence includes a storage room, and there is shared parking for cars as well as bicycle parking on site.

The student housing is organized into three separate two-story wings, which collectively form a cozy inner courtyard. To the north, this courtyard is bordered by the sizable community house. This shared building, together with the courtyard, will serve as the focal point of the entire complex. Among the 42 apartments, 38 are standard student units, while four are designed for accessibility needs and located on the ground floor; these accessible apartments are primarily intended for applicants with specific requirements. Inside the community building, tenants will find a large kitchen, restroom facilities, a laundry room, and a spacious common room.

Please note that the apartments are offered with a reduced deposit: DKK 12,000 for one-room units and DKK 13,000 for two-room units. Further specifics will be provided when the leasing offers are sent out.

Priority for renting these homes is given to students. It is important to submit valid proof of student status when responding to a housing offer. Acceptable documentation may include an acceptance letter or an official email from your educational institution confirming your enrollment and its duration, which must be dated within the last six weeks.
