The Campus Tønder development offers 42 contemporary studio apartments available for rental starting August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal house encompassing 180 square meters. Each apartment includes a kitchenette along with a private bathroom and toilet. Moreover, every dwelling has access to its own storage room, and residents can utilize shared parking spaces and bicycle facilities.

The residences are organized into three two-story wings, which together frame a cozy courtyard. This outdoor area is bordered on the north side by the large community building, establishing both the courtyard and the common house as central gathering spots within the property. Among the 42 units, 38 are standard studio apartments while 4 are designed to be accessible, located on the ground floor, and primarily reserved for applicants with special needs. The community house itself features a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a large common room for social activities.

Rental terms include a reduced deposit: DKK 12,000 for one-room apartments and DKK 13,000 for two-room units. Detailed information regarding the deposit will be provided when the rental offers are issued.

Priority in renting these apartments is given to students. Applicants must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to rental offers, such as an acceptance letter or an email from their educational institution confirming their student status and duration of study. This documentation must be no older than six weeks.
