At Campus Tønder, a total of 42 contemporary studio apartments are scheduled to be available for occupancy starting August 1, 2025. These units range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, with an additional communal building spanning 180 square meters. Each dwelling features a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom and toilet. Further amenities include a storage room assigned to each apartment, along with shared parking for both cars and bicycles.

The residences are arranged in three two-story blocks that collectively form a cozy inner courtyard. On the northern side, this courtyard is bordered by the sizeable community house, establishing the courtyard and common building as the social hub of the complex. Of the 42 units, 38 are standard studios while four are accessibility apartments located on the ground floor, primarily intended for tenants with special needs. The shared facility houses a large kitchen, restrooms, laundry space, and a spacious communal room.

Please note that the rental agreements offer reduced deposits: DKK 12,000 for one-room apartments and DKK 13,000 for two-room apartments. More detailed information will be provided when rental offers are sent out.

Priority for these apartments is given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to rental offers. Acceptable documents include an admission letter or a recent email from the educational institution confirming student status and the duration of studies, with the documentation not older than six weeks.
