The Campus Tønder residences are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in August 2025.

This development consists of 42 contemporary studio apartments ranging from 34 to 40 square meters in size, complemented by a communal building that measures 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, all units include a storage room, and there is shared parking for both cars and bicycles available on the premises. The studios are arranged in three two-story wings around a cozy central courtyard, which lies directly south of a large northern-facing common house. This communal space and courtyard collectively form the focal point of the complex.

Among the 42 apartments, 38 are standard studios while 4 are designed to be accessible units, located on the ground floor and primarily intended for applicants with special needs. The common house includes a sizable kitchen, toilets, laundry facilities, and a spacious shared room to support social interaction.

Please note that the rental agreements for these units require a reduced deposit: DKK 12,000 for one-room apartments and DKK 13,000 for two-room apartments. More detailed information will be provided when offers are sent out.

Priority for renting the apartments is given to students, who must submit valid proof of enrollment when responding to rental offers. Acceptable documentation includes an admission letter or an email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration of studies, and it must be dated within the last six weeks.
