The Campus Tønder development offers 42 contemporary studio apartments available for rent starting August 1, 2025. These residences range in size from 34 to 40 square meters, complemented by a communal house measuring 180 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette as well as a private bathroom and toilet. Additionally, all units include a storage room, and the property provides shared parking for cars and bicycles.

The studio apartments are organized into three separate two-story wings, creating a cozy, enclosed courtyard area. On the northern side, the courtyard is bordered by a large community building, which together with the courtyard will serve as a natural gathering point for residents. Of the 42 apartments, 38 are standard studio units while 4 are designed for accessibility and are situated on the ground floor, primarily rented to applicants with special needs. The communal house features a spacious kitchen, restrooms, laundry facilities, and a large common room.

Regarding financial terms, the apartments are offered with a reduced deposit: single-room units require a deposit of DKK 12,000, and two-room apartments require DKK 13,000. Detailed information will be provided when rental offers are sent out.

Priority is given to students when renting these apartments. Applicants must submit valid proof of enrollment, such as an acceptance letter or an official email from the educational institution confirming student status and duration of study. This documentation should be no older than six weeks.
