Furnishings feature a bed and an armchair, while several apartments are also furnished with a desk, desk lamp, wardrobe mirror, bedside lamp, and a nightstand. Each room has its own storage closet for personal belongings. The kitchens are fitted with induction cooktops, refrigerators featuring a freezer compartment, and range hoods.

Residents have access to shared amenities, which include a pay-per-use laundry room fitted with modern washing machines and dryers. A large common lounge offers a communal kitchen, dining seating, a complimentary coffee machine, sofas, a television, and a lounge area furnished with café tables and a foosball table. The building also houses a free fitness center and provides covered bicycle parking. Parking spaces are available for rent, and there are well-maintained green outdoor areas.

Situated in a vibrant neighborhood that is currently undergoing significant development, the residence is within walking distance of the local transit terminal and a variety of shopping options. The building itself was formerly the Danica Hotel and has recently undergone renovation by its new owner, the Hede Nielsen Family Foundation, whose founders are natives of Horsens. In line with a commitment to sustainability and recycling, much of the original hotel furniture and equipment remains available for residents to use freely. If tenants prefer not to use the provided furnishings, these can simply be stored in the apartment's dedicated storage room.
