This available four-room apartment features an expansive 23 m² corner balcony. Constructed in 2023, the building houses this unit which boasts elegant oak flooring throughout. To ensure compliance, all dog owners must obtain permission to keep dogs in their unit; only approved breeds with insurance are allowed. A maximum of three dogs per apartment is permitted, with a combined weight limit of 40 kilograms. Besides dogs, small animals such as fish, birds, turtles, and hamsters are allowed as long as they do not disturb other residents.

The Falkenborghaven grounds offer an attractive green space featuring a playground, sports field, and more. Residents can relax under chestnut trees or prepare meals in the communal grill hut, which also includes two fire pits.

A shared parking area serves the property, offering each apartment the option to receive one free parking permit.
