The student residences are situated across Kastanievænget, Huginsvej, and Gefionsvej. Between 2017 and 2018, all apartments underwent upgrades, receiving brand-new kitchen and bathroom fixtures as well as new flooring. Additionally, each address benefits from access to communal rooms.

Specifically, the units located on Huginsvej are equipped with their own solar power system, which helps to offset electricity consumption within the individual apartments. Every residence has its own dedicated fiber connection, providing internet access at an exceptionally favorable rate.
