Between 2022 and 2026, the apartment underwent continuous updates that included installation of new windows, improved insulation, and a renewed entrance area in the stairwell. As part of this refurbishment, a new bathroom was fitted, provided it had not been replaced previously. Additionally, the flooring throughout the apartment has been refreshed. Tenants are permitted to keep one registered indoor cat.
