The initial payment required to move in comprises a security deposit equal to three months' rent, along with advance payments covering two months of rent plus the rent for the first month. The rental contract is open-ended, without a fixed termination date, and it concludes only once a three-month notice period has been provided. This notice must be given at least three months before the intended end date and always starts from the first day of a calendar month.
