I am subletting my lovely, spacious, and bright 2-room apartment in Roskilde, from February 1st, 2026, as I will be working temporarily in another part of the country.

The apartment is fully furnished. It measures 61 m² excluding a south-facing balcony measuring approx. 3 × 1.5 m.

The building has an elevator. Free parking is available right outside the entrance to the bouilding.

In the 5 years I have lived here, finding a parking space has never been an issue. I have also never experienced any noise problems.
