Section 6 comprises a series of townhouses constructed in 1980. Residents have access to a shared laundry facility, and it is possible to rent a carport within the section.

The neighborhood of Gram is situated approximately 22 kilometers from Ribe. This town offers amenities such as a school, after-school care, public transportation, and shopping options. At its center lies Gram Cultural House, featuring sports facilities, bowling alleys, and an outdoor swimming pool. The area provides pleasant walking opportunities, including routes to Gram Castle, its picturesque park, and the Gram stream. Positioned on the outskirts of Gram, the section is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by nature while remaining conveniently close to the town center.

The community within the section is diverse, with a friendly atmosphere and good neighborly relations. Skipperkobbel includes 14 attached houses that are well-designed and bright. Each dwelling contains a kitchen with a dining area and a large, spacious bathroom. Every home has access to its own terrace and/or a small garden. Heating is supplied through district heating.

Maintenance of the green spaces and minor repairs inside the homes are handled by the property caretaker assigned to the development. Additionally, an inspector oversees the ongoing upkeep of the entire complex.

Residents participate in the governance of the community through an elected board. Annual meetings involving all tenants allow decisions to be made concerning the operation of the section, including rent and related matters.
