The residence comprises 44 bright studio apartments, each featuring a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, alongside a spacious entrance area and storage space for clothes. Every unit includes complimentary internet and electricity, as well as a bed and an armchair. Many apartments are additionally equipped with a desk, desk lamp, wardrobe mirror, bedside lamp, and nightstand. Each apartment also has its own storage room. The kitchen is fitted with induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an extractor hood.

Among the shared amenities available to residents are a coin-operated laundry room equipped with modern washing machines and tumble dryers, a large common lounge area with a communal kitchen, dining spaces, a free coffee machine, sofas, a TV, and a lounge section furnished with café tables and a foosball table. Residents also have access to a free fitness room and covered bicycle parking. It is possible to rent a parking space, and there are green outdoor areas for relaxation.

Situated in a dynamic neighborhood currently undergoing significant development, the residence is within walking distance of the transit terminal and numerous shopping options, with cafes, gyms, and multiple study locations nearby. The building, formerly the Danica Hotel, was renovated a few years ago by its current owner, the Hede Nielsen Family Foundation, whose founders are natives of Horsens. Should residents choose not to use the provided furniture, it can simply be stored in the apartment's designated storage room.
