Please note that due to a major renovation project at Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This pause results in longer waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents across all departments must be temporarily relocated. When vacancies arise that are unrelated to the relocation process, these units will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark itself is a lively environment, highlighted by a rich array of club activities within the housing area. The residences are designed as multi-story buildings set in a calm, park-like setting. Residents can park their cars in designated parking areas nearby and walk to their homes from there.

The bustling town center of Ringsted and the train station are conveniently situated just 900 meters from Sønderpark. The housing department also benefits from having its own property caretaker and access to a spacious, well-maintained communal laundry facility.
