The goal is to establish a living environment that provides students with optimal conditions and support for a successful academic experience. The design aims to foster interaction among residents, encouraging the development of new friendships and meaningful connections. Each unit features a private kitchen and bathroom, while the facility also includes a large communal area, a TV lounge, and a dining hall. Study groups and meetings can take place in bookable rooms, which are also used for gatherings related to the community’s various committees and councils.
