Please note that due to an extensive renovation scheduled for Sønderpark, the waiting list for the entire housing association has been put on hold starting January 1, 2021. This suspension leads to prolonged waiting periods for both internal and external applicants, as residents need to be temporarily relocated across all departments within the association. Any vacant units not connected to the rehousing process will be rented out through the usual procedures.

Sønderpark is characterized by a lively atmosphere, which is reflected in the wide array of club activities available within the residential area. The housing consists of multi-story buildings situated in a quiet, park-like setting. Residents can park their vehicles in one of the designated parking areas nearby and then walk comfortably to their homes.

The diverse urban life of Ringsted, including the train station, is conveniently located just 900 meters from Sønderpark. The department benefits from its own property maintenance staff and features a large, well-functioning communal laundry facility.
