Additionally, the site comprises Building E, a two-story former poorhouse containing seven larger units than the other dwellings, with accommodations on both floors. Each apartment contains a single room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, separate stovetops, and an extractor hood. Bathrooms are generously sized, featuring vinyl flooring, and those in units E6 and E7 include a window.

Residency is allowed throughout the duration of studies, with a requirement to vacate no later than three months after completing the course.
