These centrally located student apartments offer convenient access to shops, cafés, bars, and the vibrant city atmosphere. Positioned in the heart of the city, they provide a prime location with a short distance to both the train station and the Birk study area.

The complex includes 170 modern student residences situated near the DGI House, where residents can take advantage of facilities such as a gym, wellness services, and a hotel.

Pets, including dogs and cats, are not permitted. The decision regarding pet ownership is determined by a majority vote within the housing department.

Regarding additional details, apartments on Nørregade feature a bicycle basement, while both Nørregade and Kousgaards Plads buildings are equipped with elevators. All residents share access to a communal laundry room and a multi-purpose room located on Nørregade. Parking spaces are available directly outside the Nørregade section, and on Kousgaards Plads, parking options include both surface-level spots and an underground parking garage.

The housing stock consists of various types, ranging from single-level to two-story layouts, and some units have balconies or terraces. Most two-room apartments on Nørregade are two-story and often include a mezzanine. This mezzanine is classified as a bedroom because it exceeds 4.5 m² of floor space.
