Comprising 170 contemporary units, the housing complex lies adjacent to DGI-Huset, where residents can take advantage of facilities including a fitness center, wellness area, and hotel services. The department encompasses a variety of apartment types, ranging from one to two levels, some featuring balconies or terraces. Most two-room apartments on Nørregade span two floors, with many containing a loft space classified as a separate room due to its floor area exceeding 4.5 square meters. This loft is fully heighted, connected openly to the room below, and secured by a tall railing. In contrast, all units on Kousgaards Plads are single-level and do not include loft spaces.

Pets, including dogs and cats, are prohibited. This policy is determined by majority vote within the department.
