Parking spaces are conveniently located near the residences, with bicycle sheds distributed throughout the area. Charging stations for electric vehicles have also been installed.

Housing types within Birk Campus vary, offering single and two-story units equipped with either a terrace or a French balcony. Kitchen features differ among units: while some include a cooker hood and stove, others come with two hotplates and a small oven. All apartments are fitted with a combined fridge/freezer, with sizes varying between units. Notably, the apartments on Korsørvej do not have internet connections, whereas those in Birk Centerpark are ready for internet service from Dansk Kabel TV. All Birk Campus homes are pre-wired for optional YouSee services. The Korsørvej units typically receive a basic TV package by default. Apartment sizes are distributed as follows: 81 units with one room, 176 with two rooms, and an additional 66 two-room units.
