Due to travel plans starting January 5th, I am offering my comfortable room for rent over a three-month period. The apartment is shared exclusively by women, so I am seeking female tenants only.

The room is situated near Amager Hospital, conveniently close to supermarkets and with excellent public transportation options nearby.

Details regarding the room: it measures approximately 16 m² and comes fully furnished, allowing you to move in immediately. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two friendly female roommates. The monthly rent is 5,000 DKK, covering all expenses including electricity, water, heating, and internet.

This arrangement is ideal for someone needing temporary accommodation during my absence. Both the landlord and I require tenants to be non-smokers.
