Rooms number 3 and 4 will become available starting December 1st. These spaces, approximately 9 to 10 square meters each, allow for CPR registration and come with a monthly rent of 5,600 DKK. This price covers all expenses, including heating, water, electricity, and internet. The apartment is conveniently situated near Ryparken S-train station as well as Vibenshus Metro station.

Within the 112 square meter apartment, all essential appliances are provided: a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and high-speed internet connection. Currently, four other young residents from various countries live here; most of them are female students or workers. The unit is located on the ground floor and opens directly onto a terrace. Pets, specifically dogs, are permitted if they are calm and do not bark frequently, subject to a small additional charge.
