We are looking to welcome a new roommate to join our three-room apartment located in Den Grønne Trekant on Nørrebro. The apartment spans 82.5 square meters and features two bedrooms alongside a living room that has been divided by a partition wall, creating a shared living space as well as an additional separate room. The kitchen and living room are connected in an open-plan layout, and there is a balcony accessible from the living area. Within the building, residents can make use of a shared laundry room. The location offers convenient access to Skjolds Plads metro station and Bispebjerg Station.

The available room is the largest bedroom, measuring 13 square meters. It comes unfurnished but includes built-in wardrobes for storage.

Regarding rent and terms: the monthly rent is 6,000 DKK, which covers heating, electricity, and internet. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required. The lease term is approximately one year, with the move-in date flexible but preferable as soon as possible.

Currently, the apartment is shared by two people: Freja, aged 30, who recently graduated as a biologist and is doing an internship at Copenhagen Zoo, and Mai, 29, a newly graduated veterinarian seeking employment in small animal practice. Mai owns two cats who live in the common areas, so it is important that you are comfortable living with pets. Both Freja and Mai know each other from university, follow a plant-based diet, and have filled the home with greenery and a cozy vibe. They maintain a communal food system where costs for most groceries are shared, ensuring there’s regularly food available for everyone to use. Participation in this system is voluntary, and if preferred, personal items can be stored separately on designated shelves in the fridge, freezer, and kitchen cupboards. Cleaning duties rotate weekly on a schedule arranged every few months to accommodate everyone’s calendars.

The ideal roommate is someone who appreciates a balance between shared communal life and personal privacy. Age and gender are not factors; what matters most is the desire to live in a respectful and relaxed environment. Smoking is not allowed.
