The student residences are situated on Kastanievænget, Huginsvej, and Gefionsvej. During 2017 and 2018, each apartment underwent renovations that included the installation of new kitchen and bathroom fixtures as well as updated flooring throughout. Additionally, all addresses share access to communal rooms.

Apartments located on Huginsvej benefit from their own solar panel system, which contributes to offsetting the electricity usage in each individual unit. Every flat is also connected to a dedicated fiber network providing internet access at highly favorable rates. Moreover, the properties are linked to an external fiber connection, allowing residents to arrange services such as TV and internet directly with various providers.

External window cleaning is carried out four times a year for all apartments. The housing association also owns three guest rooms and a banquet hall elsewhere in Skive city; these facilities are available for rent by all residents.
